About the Role:

Lead the growth strategy for retail accounts in Belgium.
Drive national expansion, conquering new clients.
Craft a visionary sales strategy for market dominance.
Grow existing partnerships creatively and resourcefully.

Work closely with founders to make the brand a retail landscape staple.
Cultivate authentic relationships, fostering a personal touch.
About You:
We're on the lookout for someone special with:
Minimum years of FMCG / Retail experience, in a commercial role.
Entrepreneurial mindset challenging the status quo.
Proven experience in strategically growing existing and new clients.
Strong network and creative approach to partner outreach.
Passion for negotiating and building lasting relationships.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, excellent listening and influencing skills.
